Job Description

Sparkplug is seeking a person with content creation skill for the position of content writer. You will play an active role in executing and managing the content for our online marketing campaigns, content for regularly updating the Website, content for marketing collateral, etc. Being a startup it would be a multi-faceted role.

Location

  • Position based out of JMD Megapolis, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop content which can be used to engage the customer and in turn increase website traffic.

  • Writing web content for website.

  • Editing and Proof reading content once written.

  • Writing, editing and proof reading copy for client projects based on the material supplied by them.

  • Writing product descriptions, brand support material etc.

  • Proof reading, editing and writing content on a regular basis for building up the website including informative short articles.

Professional Skills and Qualifications:

  • A graduate with a good command over the English language.

  • A flair for writing with an understanding of what works on the internet.

  • An ability to work in a team with good communication skills.

  • Years of experience is not a strict criteria, but the ability to showcase commitment and skill in one’s field.

  • Understanding of basic marketing principles such as segmentation and targeting.

  • Work effectively in teams in a challenging start-up setup to meet marketing objectives.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 1-3 years.

Salary: 1.8 – 3.0 LPA

Job Overview:

 

Our team is growing and we are looking for a paid media executive with experience of Google adwords (search, display, shopping and Youtube) and paid social (Facebook &Instagram) to support our performance team.

Your goal will be to ensure our paid media campaigns have the highest possible ROI’s

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Take ownership for the project management and delivery of key paid search projects. This may include acting as the client lead for some of our clients.
  2. Liaise with clients regularly (responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information seeking, managing milestones and approvals)
  3. Monitor paid search project performance, timelines and budgets and report on these regularly to the account manager/ director and the client
  4. Support the team with the day-to-day running of paid search client accounts
  5. Research and prepare project documentation, presentations, analysis and reports
  6. Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, budgets and timelines
  7. Strong understanding and experience of bidding techniques (AutoBid, CPC, CPM, oCPM).

Skills Required :

  1. Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager & Business manager
  2. Understanding of custom audiences and lookalike audiences.
  3. Ability to generate and install the Facebook pixel, Dynamic products and all FB ads functionality.
  4. Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
  5. Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
  6. Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
  7. Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
  8. Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
  9. Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
  10. Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
  11. Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
  12. Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
  13. Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
  14. Strong understanding and experience of bidding techniques (AutoBid, CPC, CPM, oCPM).
  15. Strong at statistical analysis, spreadsheets and reporting.
  16. Ability to navigate, schedule or generate reports quickly.
  17. Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
  18. Participate in forming effective paid search strategies.

• Handling B2B sales & achieve targets
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Actively approach targeted business clients & Demonstration/ Presentation of
our Digital advertising service
• Meeting clients through Skype
• Manage relationships with existing/new customers
• Conducting online meetings with potential customers and closing sales to
achieve monthly targets

Requirements:
• Min 3-6 years of sales experience with digital marketing companies
(Mandatory)
• Sales ability and good knowledge of sales process and exposure in
identifying, generating business and achieve monthly revenue/targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with people
of all levels
• Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness
• A self-motivator who is keen on upgrading and improving personal
knowledge and skills to meet evolving job requirements
• Good sales and negotiation skills
